When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are processed in 1-3 business days of order date (excluding Canadian holidays)
Please allow 1-3 business days to receive shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. If you did not get a confirmation e-mail please check your junk folder before contacting us. Tracking can take a day to show up!
Orders received during Canadian Holidays may take longer to process.
How long does it take to receive my order?

There is a problem with my order who do I contact?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any and all order related questions and provide full name and order # and a short message. Please include any photos if necessary of damaged or incorrect goods.
We will do our best to reply to all social media inquiries and e-mails!
My orders tracking update says "delivered" but I haven't received it.
Before contacting us please follow this check list!
1. Go directly to the shipping company that your order is being shipped with and inquire on a reasoning. Discrepancies like this can happen when the shipping companies scan the items before the final destination.
2. Confirm that you put in the correct address in when placing the order then check with someone in your house hold or a neighbor.
We are not responsible for your order once it's been marked as delivered. All of our shipments include Tracking Number. If you did not purchase a shipping method with tracking we are not responsible for replacing or refunding your items if the shipping company does not find you a solution.
Returns, Replacements and Refund Policy:
All sales are FINAL. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons.
We are happy to fix and resolve our errors so should you receive a package that was missing an item, or spilled or broken items upon arrival it will be replaced. Please kindly provide a short message along with a photo of broken or spilled items via email to receive replacement or refund and please provide your order #.
Gloss Supply Co. has a strict tolerance against aggressive/hostile behavior. We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund at anytime without notice for verbal, or written abuse, cyber bullying, bullying and any form of harassment, or scam.
We ship to the address you provide! We DO NOT manually enter your address it's all done automatically therefor making sure you are providing the correct address! We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors!
If you provided the wrong address please notify us before your package has been shipped out email email@example.com and put in the subject "ADDRESS INCORRECT"
Promotions and Discounts:
All promotional or discount codes must be entered at time of purchase. Gloss Supply Co. will not honor a discount for any reason after the original purchase has been completed. It is the customer's sole responsibility to enter their promotional codes at time of checkout. If your discount code you enter doesn't work, it could be invalid. In that case, please email us with that discount code to double check if it was entered wrong BEFORE paying for your items as we will no longer be offering to refund missed discounts.
